Public progress. Private life.

Reduce what makes life worse.

This is my public workbench for improving how I live and work. The idea at the center is Parhaiz: consciously reducing and controlling unhealthy habits, excesses and addictions instead of pretending willpower is infinite. I track the data, break difficult goals into smaller systems, test what works and publish the useful parts.

پرہیز

Parhaiz

Reduction with intention. Less excess. Less dependency. Less friction. Better defaults. The aim is not perfection. It is making the unhealthy choice less powerful every week.

ObserveMeasure the habit before judging it.
ReduceMake the bad pattern smaller and harder.
ReplaceBuild a healthier default that can survive real life.
Continuous analysis

The public dashboard.

Each large goal is broken into smaller observable variables. The page should become more useful as more real measurements are added. No invented transformation montage required.

The workbench method

Break the problem down.

If a goal still feels difficult, it is usually not broken down enough. The system keeps reducing the unit of work until there is something obvious to do today.
01

Define the outcome

Make the end state measurable enough that progress can be seen.

02

Find the variables

Separate the outcome into things that can actually change.

Private moments stay private. The useful system, conclusion, measurement or experiment becomes public.
PARHAIZ / FITNESSEXPERIMENT

Weight loss becomes easier when I stop treating food as one giant problem

Break it into portions, trigger foods, drinks, eating windows, movement and consistency. Reduce one source of excess at a time, then measure.

IRONMAN7-DAY BLOCK

My first endurance goal is training tolerance

Before chasing impressive distances, build consistency across walking, swimming, cycling, light strength and recovery while body weight comes down.

MANAGEMENT / READING17 SEP TARGET

Reading management techniques is useless unless they become decisions

Each technique gets converted into a rule, template, behaviour or scenario. Anything else is literary furniture.

SKIN / PARHAIZROUTINE

More skincare is not automatically better skincare

The current system is deliberately small: azelaic acid and sunscreen in the morning, retinol and moisturizer at night, then monitor the trend.

MANUFACTURING / PARHAIZMISSION

Factories need Parhaiz too

Reduce scrap, unnecessary movement, bad handoffs, rework, waiting, poor procurement and exhausting work patterns. Lower cost by removing waste, not dignity.

Why this extends beyond me

Personal systems. Industrial systems.

The same logic applies to a person and a factory. Observe what repeatedly causes harm or waste. Break it into variables. Apply Parhaiz to reduce the damaging pattern. Build a healthier default. Measure again.

In manufacturing, that means making processes cheaper through better planning, less scrap, better procurement, safer workflows and less pointless strain on workers. Cost reduction should come from intelligence before pressure.
